How to enable vibration when somebody picked up my phone???

When we call some one- How to enable vibration when somebody picked up my phone???

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

Hi, When we called someone (outgoing call) is it necessary to keep an eye on phone? or keep phone on ears until it rings or picks up? . when we call somebody it rings and when some one picks my phone then my phone should vibrate once to alert me.?? is it understood??? I have already tried that option but it is for incoming calls not for outgoing .

Settings -> Sounds -> Vibrate On Ring

If that's not what you're looking for then please clarify as your post really makes no sense.

That is understood. That is NOT a feature of the iPhone. If you want to call someone have the patience and courtesy to pay attention to your phone and wait for them to answer.
