I upgraded from Win7, 64bit to Win10, 64bit,
Now iTunes 12.3.3 64bit is not starting.
All iTunes - programs were being deinstalled according to Apple instruction and latest version aof iTunes reinstalled. But no success.
Today there is a new version of iTunes available. But even with this version there is no success.
My laptop with Win10, 32bit and iTunes is properly working.
Can anybody tell me a solution?

do you have any apple products via usb plugged in, I've been having problems today with an old ipad 2 not being seen or updating (bricked basically) and this has stopped iTunes loading up when plugged in after a reboot. try unplugging and then rebooting windows and then opening iTunes first after windows has settled
No idea if this will work, I just upgraded laptop and Surface to Windows 10 and both lost various things including the ability to use wi fi, I typed troubleshooting in the search box, chose hardware and devices, advanced and ran the repair facility and re-booting then resolved my problem. This was nothing to do with iTunes but it could be worth your trying just in case it solves yours - some drivers had seemingly disappeared for me.
I'm now going to add the new version of iTunes to the laptop and see if there are any problems.

No Apple product plugged in, usually iTunes should open when I plug in my iPhone. Itunes is "dead".
try checking task manager cntrl'alt'del and seeing if iTunes is actually up and running in the background. If it is there, click it and end task then try opening iTunes again to see what it does
This problem seems to be very often if one looks to the different forums.
Perhaps the 64bits system makes the trouble, my laptop with 32bits system works fine.
Taskmanager shows two iTunes-icons: "iTunes Helper" and "ipodServiceModul 64bit"
After stopping these 2 processes no change.
