You may have fallen victim to a false 'ransom' situation where you may need to see if
following the ideas of a few articles, could help. This may also involve re-setting the
iPhone, changing passwords, and checking with any financial institutions you may have
dealings with, if you have stored content on the iPhone; and if it was actually hacked.
Do not pay 'hackers' anything. Do not click on a button in a device screen to enable them
to access (do not click an agree-button). Do not call a fake Support phone number in ads
online that popup or otherwise present themselves. You may have to reset the Device.
Did this start as pop-ups or windows in your iDevice while browsing? Maybe in an email?
Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages
The false ransom scam incites an owner to give up or expose their passwords in a ruse
to exploit their accounts, and or extort funds they then may continue to do so, finding you
are an easy mark. You can search for such similar items; not all results are workable replies
so you have to be critical in determining valid search results, to not fall for more scams.

While I'm not proficient in this matter, there are some articles with additional help that can
be referenced from discussions within this Site; also other users who contribute their time
(as volunteers, we are not Apple representatives; only fellow product users who help others)
there is a fair chance that other contributors may see your question and offer ideas.
Sorry that you are experiencing an issue; be careful to not over-react because you can make
the problem much worse by how you re-act to the matter. Don't play into their plan.
Good luck in this matter! 😐
