Q: Changed my Apple ID STILL won't work

so I changed my Apple ID after fraud charges on my account.

i made an entire new account and everything but my iPad still thinks I'm trying to use the old user even when I change it to the new one.

it seems to switch back to the old email.

I just want to download the updates. I don't buy anything off the App Store that costs money.

    If you created a new Apple ID, the apps will not update using that ID. Purchases are always tied to the ID that was used to make the purchases and this includes free apps as well. You will have to delete all of the apps that you purchased with the old ID and download them all over again. You will lose all of the associated data.
