Title type glitching in Final Cut Pro X.

Title type glitching in Final Cut Pro X.

This started happening when I updated my OS to El Capitan 10.11.4 and then had to "update" or re-download FCPX.

The title type is not showing up all the way. The letters are glitching. I have tried replacing and redoing the titles but the glitches are still happening in the same spots. This has happened to all of my FCPX projects since the update. Any suggestions? See image.
