May 17, 2016 12:19 PM in response to Ryszby sandyfromtomball,I know and can sign into my apple account; however, icloud is still reflecting an old email account and cannot sign in. So, how can the icloud password be retrieved that apparently is different than the apple account?

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
If you are the ORIGINAL owner and you still have your ORIGINAL proof of purchase then take it to an Apple Store or contact Apple Support:
