iPhone Slowness; Apple Watch Software Update

Hello everyone. I just had a question regarding my Apple Watch and a question regarding my iPhone 6S.

In regards to the watch, this might seem off topic at first, but please bear with me here.

I have the iTunes app on my computer and whatever the most recent software version is, and I know that it is possible to update the iPhone from the iTunes app on my computer.

My question was, is it possible to update the Apple watch from the iTunes app on the computer? I want to update to Watch OS 2.2.1, but I do not have any access to WiFi, and I probably won't until I move out of my parent's house. I can use my college's WiFi, but I don't want to sit there just so my watch can update.

Now, my next question. Again, please bear with me, despite how off-topic it might seem at first.

When I bought my first cell phone, it was an iPhone 4S, and typical of some impulsive idiot like myself, I got excited and went on a shopping spree for free apps on the app store. When the spree was finished, I had so many apps that I couldn't count them all. As a result, everything was very, very slow. After that, I bought three more phones, first another 4S, a 5, and finally, my current 6S. The reason why I bought the 6S was because of the fact that I thought it would speed things up a bit, but it didn't. (By the way, when I say slow, I mean slow like you cannot imagine. Before I got my iPhone 6S, the time it took to download apps was at least overnight, and the time it took for a page to load in Safari was sometimes a week, maybe more.)

Point being, I could be wrong, but my diagnosis of the slow iPhone syndrome is associated with my Apple ID, i.e., the fact that I have so many apps in my account. I was wondering if buying more iCloud storage would solve the problem. In a few hours after this post is posted (if not tomorrow), I will have iOS 9.3.1, if that helps.

Hi Nick

No, that is not possible.

Follow the instructions here to update your watch, after first updating your iPhone:

(You will require Wi-Fi access for your iPhone).

The latest version of iOS (which will be required before you can update your watch) is presently 9.3.2
