Q: Missing TV episode

I subscribed to RuPaul Season 8.  The episodes are broadcast Monday nights and have been available for downloading the next morning.  Today-- nothing.   iTunes lists Season 8, Episode 10, acknowledges I subscribed to Season 8, and wants to charge me $3.99 for Episode 10 !!  Please Fix This.

    As you already know you are talking to  fellow users on these user-to-user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple, we can't fix it

     

    That episode is included in the pass ? What have you tried to see if it lets you download it e.g. logging out and back into your account, rebooting your Mac ? If you still can't download it try contacting iTunes Support

    Thanks for offering suggestions.  Apple's crazy quilt approach to web support design occasionally makes it difficult to report a deficiency.  Subscription TV episodes are usually available for downloading about 6 hours after broadcast.  In this case, the download link showed up 17 hours after broadcast.  During the interim, iTunes illogically recognized me as a season subscriber and also wanted me to pay for the new episode.
