As you already know you are talking to fellow users on these user-to-user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple, we can't fix it
That episode is included in the pass ? What have you tried to see if it lets you download it e.g. logging out and back into your account, rebooting your Mac ? If you still can't download it try contacting iTunes Support

Subscription TV episodes are usually available for downloading about 6 hours after broadcast. In this case, the download link showed up 17 hours after broadcast. During the interim, iTunes illogically recognized me as a season subscriber and also wanted me to pay for the new episode.
