Q: Can I change a book format from portrait to landscape?

I developed a book in iBooks Author using a portrait based template. The book has several chapters. I now want to change that format to landscape. Can I do this within the existing iBook file, or do I need to create a new iBook using landscape format and then copy and paste all of the previous document's data into the new landscape format?

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

I apparently was making this more difficult than it is! I was trying to select and copy multiple pages of text by holding down he shift key and dragging, which does not work in iBook. To copy an entire chapter of text use the drop down menu, then "select all", then "copy." Go to the new iBook document and paste the copies text and your preferred location.
