Can't get my iMessage activated, keeps going back as an error. I am in Europe for an month and needs my text messages

This helped me solve the problem. I had turned off the auto date because I was on a transatlantic cruise and the time was going crazy. Just forgot to turn it back on. Thanks for the help.
