May 17, 2016 3:24 PM in response to CELENOby Demo,Once you get to the disabled screen there is nothing that you can do now. You must restore/erase the device as instructed in the support article .

The title of that support article says that if you forgot the passcode OR the device becomes disabled. The device can be disabled due to a software problem. That can happen at any time and has nothing to do with the passcode at all.
