Q: Your podcast is located at location has been approved but nothing appears.
I received an email, Wednesday the 11th today is the 17th, saying "Dear podcast owner,
Your podcast, located at https://s3.amazonaws.com/thecloudnetwork/16628/sermons.xml, has been approved. You should expect to see it on the iTunes Store within the next few hours. When it's available, you will be able to access it with the URL below.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/baldwin-church-christ-sermons/id1112626310
You can find your podcast using iTunes Store search in the next two days."
however, nothing appears at that address and when I search for my podcast in iTunes Podcast I don't find it there either.
Any ideas why the podcast is not available?

The first thing to do is to sign in at Podcasts Connect , select your podcast, and check whether it is 'hidden' (there have been instances of new podcasts being hidden, which is a bug in the system). If the link at bottom left, under 'Additional Information', says 'Hidden' click it to unhide the podcast. It may take a few hours to appear in the Store.
Failing that, you will need to contact Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
