iTunes 12.4 adds tracks to up next in reverse order

I have the same problem. I think it depends on how you sort your albums in the artist view. When i press CMD+J, select sort albums after year and then choose descending (i don't know if it is called that in english, in german it's "absteigend"), all my songs are played in the reverse sequence, not only the ones added to "Up Next". I already reported this bug to Apple.

I am having the same problem. Doesn't matter which view I am in!

Until this bug is fixed, I need to select the tracks in reverse order so that they play in correct order!!!

You are right. The problem with Up Next occurs everytime. The problem i decribed depends on the sorting option.

Same problem here. It happens with Apple Music, that is content from the "For You" or "New" tabs, where there are no user sort options.

I have the same problem, It happens with playlists, smart playlists and even in Library > Songs.

Apple fixed this issue in iTunes 12.4.1 update.
