How Can I Get Apple To Inform Me of Updates?

I found out about the 9.3.2 update by going to Software Update. Is there a way I can get Apple to inform me of future iOS updates?

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.2

I think you just have to be patient. I believe when Apple releases an iOS upgrade they don't download the update and notify all users at the same time (maybe to save some resources on their servers). I know in my case, that my wife received the iOS 9.3.1 update notification on her iPhone almost a week before I did. (Same iPhone model, same iOS version, & same WI-FI network.) This time I received the iOS 9.3.2 notification and my wife hasn't yet.

And, of course, you know your device must be connected to a WI-FI network with a lock screen (and maybe connected with a charger, I'm not sure) before the iOS update will be automagically downloaded to your device.

BTW, just to be clear, do you mean that you get the software downloaded automatically but just don't get the notification?

Neither, javaliga. I don't really want it to be downloaded automatically, anyway; I just want to be aware that it exists. Same thing is true with Mac OS X updates. As a matter of fact, the only reason I checked Software Update on my iPhone was because I had just downloaded an OS X update and they often are released simultaneously. However, I only knew about the OS X update, cause I checked the App Store (where it's found, despite being free) out of boredom. Thank you!
