Apple Watch stuck

Try restarting or, if that does not help, force restarting - your watch:

- Restart: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off; press and hold the side button until you see the logo.

- Force restart: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

Your post indicates that you are not using the latest software.

Once your watch has restarted, if you have not yet done so, also consider updating both your iPhone and Apple Watch, starting with your iPhone:
