Q: iTunes

I don't understand this.

I get the error message after purchasing more cloud space for my iTunes

"This computer cannot be trasferred
You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 90 days"

Can anyone tell what this is all about. Help me get connected.. What is the purpose of purchasing more icloud space if it won't let me use it. I lose 3 months of my 12 subscription.

Dell PC, Windows 10, I have iTunes 12.4

Purchasing iCloud space has absolutely nothing to do with associating a device with your Apple ID.
