Q: Log in problem in to Apple ID without email format
Hi
The problem: When updating some APPs, I am prompted to log in my Apple ID, which is not email format. If I try to log in, I am told ID and Password do not match. Then I try to find out Password but it says that Apple ID without email format is not Apple ID. ID should have email format. If I keep trying to find out my ID, I am brought to my other ID with email format (actually this ID part before @ mark is the same as one without email format) but can log in ID with email format. However I can not update my APPs. By the way, I have been using my ID without email format for a long time but all of sudden now can not log in this ID without email format. Any solution? Thank you.
