Q: A question about find my iphone

If i have "find my iphone" disabled on my phone and someone else uses my iCloud account to log into iCloud manager on a PC or to setup a new iphone or ipad and restore my iCloud back up on one of them, do I get a notification on my phone that my account was used to log into other devices?

Yes, you get notified that your account was logged into from another device. This is independent of whether or not you have FindMyPhone enabled.
