ipod 5 without back camera

I bought two ipods 5 at the same time to both my kids as a Christmas present ad paid the same price for them.

Unfortunately, I didn't know they can be different. It happened to be that I bought one with back camera and the other without.

We found it out few days ago when my kids tried to play the app that requires a back camera.

One of them was very disappointed that he cannot play it. No one told us about this difference when we bought them.

Is there a way to exchange one of them?

That would be a question for your seller and what their return policy is I'm afraid.

I understand it, but it feels like we were cheated by apple, that they created this weird thing without putting on it a screaming lable (no back camera).

Now we ended up being so frustrated about the apple product...

Still hope Apple can take this responsibility on themselves and help us in this situation.

If I'm remembering right the 16 gig had no camera, the 32 and above do. (that or the 8 gig, something like that)

It's possible that it was a simple mistake. Grabbed the wrong thing and scanned the other twice by mistake.

The device (5G iPod touch) was initially only sold in 32GB and 64GB models.
