I've been experiencing some irregularities in syncing my iCal with my iPhone 6S Plus (iOS 9.2) via iCloud. When I'm at home and connected with my home internet signal, they sync fine with no problems. But when I'm on any network other than my home network, they don't sync with each other, even when my iPhone is plugged in to my MBP with a cable. Is this normal or is there something I can do so that they sync on any network? Thank you for your help with this.
