Q: Check Boxes in iTunes 12.4

Hoping someone out there can help me. My iMac is updated to the latest version of iTunes and my MacBookPro is not. My MacBookPro has the option on my new playlists to show the check boxes next to each song, my iMac does not provide that drop down menu to change from "Playlist" to "songs", leaving me stuck in whatever setting the playlist was already on.

Is there a fix for this? My work relies on me using those checkboxes. If that feature has been disabled for new versions of iTunes, I won't ever be able to update iTunes on my MacBookPro, or ever buy another Mac.

Please Help!
