Q: help me !!

Hey, I REALLY need help. ive been stupid and forgot my password on my phone after recently changing it. ive tried that many times ive disabled my phone. i have the recent update of itunes and computer is all up to date. ive put my phone into recovery mode and connected to itunes, gone to restore, accepted all i need to accepts and then nothing!!! no progress bars on phone or on computer, just a box in the bottom saying done? help me. i need my phone for work purposes.

Make sure your computer has the latest version of iTunes installed.

Get the latest version of iTunes

I believe you can google something about restarting your phone in recovery mode. I can't think of the order to do so, but its something along the lines of holding down home button the connect the line into phone then computer then shift? I'm not really to sure of the order I remember doing it once when I thought my phone was a goner
