May 18, 2016 7:38 AM in response to jennkisby jennkis,Here's the thing, my husband has a 6S but didn't upgrade to 9.3.2 and his phone works fine. Thats why I'm not thinking it's the carrier but the update. That's the only thing that has changed. I'd like to go back to 9.3.1 when it was working. :/

May 18, 2016 7:42 AM in response to jennkisby elcpu,It is possible that the update got corrupted. No way of knowing for sure unless you try a system restore which may or may not fix the issue.
System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. May 18, 2016 3:50 PM in response to elcpuby Erick3373,This was also happening to me. I have an 6 plus. I could not hear anyone when making/receiving calls and they could not hear me. When I switch to speaker phone the voices coming across were mostly garbled and unrecognizable. This problem immediately started happening after updating to iOS 9.3.2. I tried rebooting the phone and that fixed the problem.
