Why selfie stick(wired) don't work on Iphone 6 ''iOS 9.3.2''?

Hello,

I got iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.2 and i bought a selfie stick wired, tried to take a picture and nothing happend. Tried to reboot my phone, download an app and reset all settings still didn't work. I thought the stick is broken, but then i took it to my brothers he go iPhone 6 iOS 9.3.1 and it worked straight away. I can't think any other problem that don't work. Maybe new iOS not recognise and blocks non-apple production. I'm really dissapointed. Any suggestions what to do ?
