So incredibly frustrated. I just want to cancel a subscription that appears on my monthly Visa statement from my bank. Please help me!
The charge is $6.99 and appears on or around the 28th of each month as "Apple*iTunes.com/bill 866-712-7753 CA 04/28." I want it taken off. I think it is for Noggin for children but I'm not sure. A person should not have to go through a labyrinth of understanding a companies entire web site as large Apples in order to cancel a subscription. Absolutely horrible waste of time. I will never remember how I got this far. It took me a half hour! The phone number should have operators to help you to cancel something. This is ridiculous. It makes you never want to purchase anything again EVER. Sad.
