MMoved 3 weeks ago, but iPhone still says I live at the old address. I've tried resetting location, changing billing address, restarting,
please help?? It's so annoying!! My old address is 1.5hrs away!

I believe what you want to do is go to Contacts and select yourself. Update you home address there.
And just to be sure, got to:
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
and scoll down to CONTACTS. Tap on My Info (if needed) and make sure your name shows there.
Please note that the recommendation to reset all settings will reset all, wifi, bluetooth, iCloud, iTunes, etc, anything you have previously configured in the phone. It may well resolve your issue but at the expense of a lot of effort to reconfigure. I would start out with less drastic steps.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings then restart your iPhone.
See if made a difference.
If not, back to General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. Restart your iPhone.
That will revert those settings to factory defaults.
You will not have to do any of the previous suggestions to accomplish this. Just open up the Contacts app, go to your contact card, and update your address there. Once you have done this, you're golden.
