My iMac 27'' is running EL CAPITAN 10.11.5
CleanMyMac3 software just showed a box specifying that it could force the following software to shutdown :
"Escrow Security Alert" and "Keychain Circle Notification"
I confirmed the shutdown of both, but I had to resart the iMac
Could someone tell me what are these two processes and if there is a threat behind

The threat to your Mac is CleanMyMac. Delete it.

They are parts of the operating system that CleanMyMac thinks in its infinite stupidity are a problem.
Just ignore that and use the uninstall procedure to get rid of CMM.
You will be much happier then.
