2010 Macbook Pro A1278 Not Charging

My battery is not charging I have tried nearly every step everyone has suggested even bought a whole new battery today which I don't know why is telling me to (Replace Now)

My mag adapter stays green it won't go amber everything seems to be functioning as is

I even bought a new charger just to verify it wasn't my old one

I'm going right now as i type this to buy a new magsafe power board

I don't understand what the issue could be ?

I need help asap I have exams coming up and need this to be working

Battery doesn't seem to drop as long as its connected but it also won't charge its in what seems to be a neutral state


NO I DO NOT HAVE APPLE CARE
