I think this is one of the most difficult problem and the worst thing is that when you are doing a search on the email help you will not get any answer. There should be easy steps to help find your password, or recover it. In all emails in the world you can easily find this and setup new password, or have your password sent to you except emails at iCLOUD and @me.com.
