Q: What to do when Iphone show searching signal after upgrading to iOS 9.3.2?

What to do when Iphone show searching signal after upgrading to iOS 9.3.2? I did all the tricks that shown on the Internet: turn off my phone, turn on airplane mode, reset network setting, take my SIM card out etc. But it's not working. Please help!!

You may need to contact your carrier > If you see No Service or Searching
