Q: my phone will not ring when people are calling

What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you checked if you have the mute switch engaged? It's on the side of the phone above the volume buttons. Make sure to slide it toward the front of the phone. Have you check to see if you have the volume turned up? Use the volume buttons and also check Settings>Sounds. Do you have Do Not Disturb turned on? Settings>Do Not Disturb.

Before going to your appointment, make sure that you've copied all your pictures to your computer and that you have a complete back up of your phone.
