IPad version 9.3.2. Error problem.

I Am a Vodafone TV App user. I have discovered that the App does not support IOS version 9.3.2. The App only supports version 9.3.1 or previous versions. They are working on this problem which may take a long time! It was suggested that I revert to a previous version. Can I do this? How?
