May 19, 2016 12:39 PM in response to Mcarter1219by javaliga,I'm not sure how or why you got the Apple ID & iCloud to be different unless you got a second-hand iPhone (which is a whole other story). Normally, they are one and the same.
But try signing out of iCloud and then signing back into iCloud (maybe after restarting) with your Apple ID.
If this is a used iPhone, then you may have run into Activation lock:
