Hi, where do I get advertisers for my app? do they come automatically in iAD?

Hi, We are developing an app that is going to be free. We need to monetize by allowing advertisements. Where do we get advertisers from? When we sign up to iAD? does it cater for that or we have to look for people to advertise by ourselves? Thanks.
