How to copy the Power Point into Flash Drive

How to copy the Power Point into Flash Drive on MacBook Pro, and also after copy into flash drive and use flash drive to other PC who don't have Apple MacBook Pro.

Just copy and paste to a Flash drive. If the files size in less than 4 G yo can format the Flash drive in FAT 32 since both a Mac and PC can read andwrite to a drive so formatted.. For greater than 4 GB file size you can format in xFAT since both Mac and PC can read and write to it

I will assume "the Power Point" refers to a presentation file for that application. If so, it can be copied onto other storage devices like a flash thumb drive like Illass explains.


If you refer to the PowerPoint application itself, it is a licensed product that needs to be installed and activated to be usable. It can't be "copied to a Flash Drive" and be expected to function just like that.
