Monitoring FCP on an External monitor/TV

Hello everyone,

for the past there years I've been working with and external cinema display and a Matrox MXO2 Mini to connect the external HDTV to monitor my FCP projects. I just upgraded to Mac OS X EL CAPITAN, unfortunately it won't recognize my MXO2 Mini anymore. Matrox has no plans to release support for el capitan, so I end up with a useless hardware and no external monitor for my FCP projects. 😟 Is there any other way to connect an HDTV monitor to my workflow? Any Help will be Greatly appreciated.
