How to corporately disable bluetooth

Hello all,

I work for an organization that employs a software on Iphones for IP communication. we are having issues with the ability to use this straightly over wifi. It seems that our application is bouncing to the Cellular network first and then bouncing to Bluetooth. Our current MDM solution does not have the ability to disable Bluetooth administratively. I have read a few comments about doing this through Apple communicator.

Any advice on this would be helpfull
