iPhone 5 not recognized by Windows 10

Hello,

Firstable, I would like to apologize for my English, I'm French but I will do my best!I've upgraded my PC with Windows 10 1511 Pro and I can't synchronize the photos from my iPhone 5 (iOS 9.3.2). In fact, I can see my iPhone on iTunes but not on Windows desktop...

I've tried to:

-reboot my iPhone and my PC

-connect iPhone to another USB port on my PC

-reinstalling latest version of iTunes

-install all Windows updates

-update iPhone drivers

Could you, please, help me !

Thanks !

There may be a simple reason for this which would be a good thing to check first before moving on to troubleshooting the manner of your PC not seeing your iPhone.

First, take a photo of anything using your iPhone. After you have done so, plug your phone into the computer and see if the phone is not visible to view photos then. [If your phone was already plugged in when you took the photo, unplug it from the computer and plug it back in.]

If you still see nothing continue on with previously given instructions for troubleshooting the detection of your iPhone in Windows.

In fact, I have tried this solution but Windows doesn't find any driver even if I reinstall iTunes.

However, I have noticed that the driver isn't installed, in the picture below (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > Unspecified > iPhone > Properties) we can see that there is a problem:

User uploaded file

It is a Windows error code 28.

Do you know how to solve this problem, please?

I am sure you may have tried this, but through helping numerous people through this issue I have found that the following article is the best means to resolve this issue.

Specifically, all steps must be completed in their exact order. Steps 5-13 are also essential in making sure you run into no further issues of having the appropriate drivers installed. Remember to delete all previous copies of the iTunes Installer file from your computer and to download a fresh copy of iTunes through http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

I am not at my Windows computer. Out of the top of my head, connect your phone to the computer, try going to Control Panel > Device Manager > USB Devices ?? don't recall the exact name but it is towards the bottom of Device Manager > and locate the iPhone. Try deleting the driver. Reboot the computer and test again. If not I would try deleting iTunes by following the exact steps here. All has be deleted first before reinstalling.
