MacBook Pro Mid 2015 Bluetooth: Not Available

Hi Guys,

Just got a brand new MacBook Pro mid 2015 with Apple Magic Mouse 2 Tuesday, came home pair the mouse all was perfect. That I ran the OS X update and updated to 10.11.5 (15F34) and now I am not able to use the bluetooth, just getting a Bluetooth: Not Available. I have tried to delete the list file, and shut down for 5 minutes, I have also reset the SMC. Still no luck...

Anyone have an idea?

Rgds,

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.
