Q: I have Ian iPhone 4s with iOS 8.0 I tried to update it to iOS 9.3 as normal from settings menu and it fails to update saying internal error!

I have an iPhone 4s with iOS 8.0 I tried to update it to iOS 9.3 as normal from settings menu and it fails to update saying internal error! And to connect to iTunes I connected it via a usb cable to my computer and opened iTunes and logged in to the same account as is on the iPhone, iTunes recognised the device and advised the update. The iPhone displayed the iTunes and the usb cable logo. after updating it verified the update and failed saying internal error and displayed a error number (which I didn't write down) now the iPhone is unusable and displays the connect to iTunes logo ( the phone is new and worked perfectly on iOS 8.1) I'll answer any questions and will try any relevant steps any appriciated any help, Thanks in advance!

Put the device into DFU mode and then try to restore it again.

    1. Plug your iOS device into your computer and open iTunes.
    2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time.
    3. After 8 seconds, release the Sleep/Wake button but continue to hold the Home button until iTunes says “iTunes has detected a device in recovery mode.”
    4. Release the Home button. The display will be completely black if the device is in DFU mode. If it isn't start over at step 1.
    5. Restore your device using iTunes.

Assuming it fails again take a note of the error messages. iOS 9.3.2 has been generating error 56 on some newer iPads, but it is just possible you're seeing the same error.
