May 19, 2016 7:19 PM in response to Atebo0203by Lanny,The Mac Mini with the 3.0 GHz option has what is called Turbo Boost to 3.5 GHz. It automatically does this for short periods of time, you can't manually control how this works.
3.0GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz)
If you bought this optional configuration, it will perform as advertised.
