Q: macbook 2011 screen going blank

So recently (this past month) I have noticed when I am using Netflix, or watching something on my VLC player that my computer just goes blank. It's not a black screen but not grey either. It has happened quite a bit now and I am super worried.

This past summer I had my Logic Board Replaced (by Apple) twice! I have the recalled 2011 models who were known to need new logic boards so when mine went out no biggie Apple fixed it for free. Then that new logic board broke within 24 hours...... so now the 2nd one and current one.

So naturally I am worried that the Logic Board is failing once again! (or if it is something much worse...)

I'm currently abroad and while I do have an Apple store close to me it is much harder to explain what is wrong with my minimal language skills.

If anyone knows what is going on please help!!
