how do i print just the presenter notes in Keynote 6.6.2?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

If you still have Keynote 09 you can export your presentation to Keynote 09. Open the presentation then use Automator to Extract Notes.


This is actually very easy to do in Automator so don't be put off by this method.


Open a New Workflow in Automator

The display should have 3 columns (if not click the Library button top left)

With Library highlighted in first column type 'Extract' into the search field ...Select Extract Notes and drag to the RH Column

Now type 'New' into the Search field and drag New TextEdit Document into the RH column

User uploaded file

Your RH column will then look like the above.


Open the keynote file in Keynote 09

Click the Run button in Automator

Your notes should appear in a TextEdit Document which will open automatically.


I don't believe the Automator actions work with Keynote 6.6.2
