I have been trying to change my subscription from 'individual' to a 'student'-membership. The problem is that everytime i press the link that's supposed to change my subscription, it takes me to the download page on Apple's webpage. How do i change my already existing subscription to a student subscription? It says that it has to be reviewed does it do that when you press the link?

It can't be changed until you renew the subscription.

You'll see this: If you want to change to a Student Membership, tap Verification Required to the right of Student. A browser window opens, and you're taken though the student join process to validate your student status.
Hi,
I have the same problem. Clicking on the link that you have described attempts to bring me to the subscription page in the browser but gets diverted to the download itunespage. I have tried this on two computers that I have itunes already downloaded on and it happens on both. I stopped my subscription in the hope something different would happen but it's the same.
