Can not sign in to app store

Hello everyone! I have been searching for all the topics and discussions for the issue but i couldn't get any useful answer.

My problems are:


1: I have an Apple ID but when i try to sign in, "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store" warning comes out.

2: I try to get a different ID but the system doesn't give any response to my card informations

3: I try to get an ID with "none" payment options but still it does not work.


Can somebody help me?

Keep in mind that you cannot re-use an email that is existing on a present Apple ID, and you have to initiate the full creation process of the ID at the time of selecting the free app that is marked "get".


Edit: One more thing - be sure you are signed out of whatever ID you have already created under Settings>iTunes & App Store.
