Can not sign in to app store

Hello everyone! I have been searching for all the topics and discussions for the issue but i couldn't get any useful answer.

My problems are:

1: I have an Apple ID but when i try to sign in, "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store" warning comes out.

2: I try to get a different ID but the system doesn't give any response to my card informations

3: I try to get an ID with "none" payment options but still it does not work.

Can somebody help me?

Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method - Apple Suppor…

That link will be your guide.

Keep in mind that you cannot re-use an email that is existing on a present Apple ID, and you have to initiate the full creation process of the ID at the time of selecting the free app that is marked "get".

Edit: One more thing - be sure you are signed out of whatever ID you have already created under Settings>iTunes & App Store.

I will check the link you shared, thank you. In another hand, my software system is Mac OS X 10.6.8, so old as you see. Do you think that this can be another problem as well?

That won't be a problem for the purpose of account creation or following the steps laid out in the article.

Well, the problem is, even if I add my payment informations and update the ID, i still can not sign in to App Store and,

None payment button doesn't work. I can see it, i can click it, but none!

Oh well that IS odd. So you followed the article I shared and when creating the account, and choosing none, you were not allowed to proceed? Maybe a screenshare would be helpful in this process. You can call AppleCare free of charge and they can set that up to walk through it with you. Obviously, we must be missing something, huh?

Yes I tried every option on the link but did not work. It seems like we are missing a little thing. I will ask my another friend who is an expert on this issues. Thank you very much.

Can you stop being sarcastic and just inquire what is happening? I tried for days to open an account in itunes and got the same message: "Your payment method cannot be processed right now. Try again later", although my payment method is the very old traditional VISA. What is happening?
