Why can't I add my own movies to my iPad mini ? I don't see '' home movies '' where did it go ?

I can't see where... after iTunes updated to 12.4.0.119 , It won't show '' my videos ''..
I'm on windows, when I open iTunes there's a little dropdown where you can go from music to movies, etc.
As theratter said, it is in the Videos app. But the option for "Home Movies" won't show unless there is a home movie on the device. You should be able to drag and drop the home movies onto your device via iTunes. Then then Home Movies tab will appear.
Yes... I meant Home Movies... it did show before... now it don't.
