I have been sending emails to a customer who says they are not getting them. Their email is xxxxxxx@me.com. In my email program I have "read receipt". Does your software respond to that?

Q: @me.com customer not receiving my emails.
The "Send Read Receipts" option only allows others to be notified when you have read their emails - not the other way around.
