iCloud deletion problem

Hi All,

I got a new (used) iPhone 6s+ from a shop, the problem in this iPhone an iCloud id which I don't know or the shop owners knows.

Can any one helps me how to delete this iCloud ID, the Find My iPhone is on also.

The the iTunes & App Store ID is ok with no problem, I can delete it and aply new one.

The iPhone version is 9.2 (13C75)

Your advice is really needed.
