Q: Icloud Photos App not loading. Always stuck on "Preparing your library... This may take a few minutes" After nearly 1 hour, it's still prearing. I tried to access it via IE and Chrome but no success
Icloud Photos App not loading. Always stuck on "Preparing your library... This may take a few minutes" After nearly 1 hour, it's still prearing. I tried to access it via IE 11 and Chrome 50, but I get the same problem. ICloud Drive is installed on my laptop running Windows 7. Below is the screencap. Can anyone help?
