Q: Office 365: sync issues
Hi,
I have recently installed Office 365 for Mac (Personal subscription) but in Calendar and Contacts i can only see local folders (On my computer):
Emails are working fine instead.
I have already asked in the Office Community but they have no clue on Mac products... I have been looping around for someone who can answer my question.
Any suggestions?

Log in via web to make sure your credentials are correct.
Take a careful look at your settings to make sure you've set things up as you think you did.
Also know the Office 365 support is generally world class, or at least for my Pro Plus version. If you to to your portal and do a request for support they almost always call you in the 10 minutes they advertise. The support portal has good search so you can often find the answer typing a question like the Apple communities.
